With the body tub back from storage, the first jobs to be done were redoing the leading of the joins between rear wings and rear valance, with aid of proper tinning paste this time, and welding the battery tray in place. I sandblasted and primed this first, the surface wasn't too pretty. Also on the car is the auto-darkening welding helmet mentioned in an earlier post, a real joy to work with, and a power file I bought at the same time.
