Most of the parts needed for the project cut to size. Holes are drilled in the bumper mounting bracket tubes, and milled in the bar-to-stand mount pieces for centre of gravity adjustments. The tube for the front bar is shorter than the one for the rear, partly because the attachment points there are closer together but mainly because I only found a 2 m length of 40x40x4 tube and the rear bar had to be 1100 mm.
