My plan was to make the rotisserie very adjustable to be able to adapt it to different cars and not only make it for my MGB, as amongst others I plan on using it on my dad's Frogeye at some point. To this end I did some milling on the pieces I used for the centre mounts, with these welded asymmetrically to bar and the axle I can vary the relative vertical positions of the bar and the axle by almost half a metre if needed. Here I am fixing the milled pieces of angle iron to one of the main bars, the pieces are bolted to the rectangular tube that goes on the axle so everything gets lined up properly.
