150703 - Door frame in primer

Angle grinder with wire brush and power file combined with phosphoric acid took care of even the deepest of the pits of rust on the left door frame. This is the better of the doors and the bottom seems to be in good condition, the right one shows lots of swelling and will need much more work. I will hold off doing more work on the doors until I am done with the wings and everything surrounding them, to see if I should bite the bullet and replace the door skins anyway. I guess it will feel better to get the doors done and be done than to have to go back in the not too distant future. On the other hand I can try different positions for the door mirrors without having to worry about drilling too many holes.
